History: TO whom it may concern, My name is Tasnim Al Kofayshee, i have a missing father, taken by the cruel iraqi regime in 1987 when i was at the age of 3 years old. His name is Abdul Atheem Abdul Razaq Ismaeel Al Kofayshee, born 1957. He was a thabot in the iraqi navy and had his masters in electrcal engineering and solar power research. He has been missing for 17 years and we know absolutely nothing about him. Any information will be greatly appreciated, i have also included a photo of him with us when were young, only a year before he was taken. He is the one holding my brother in his arms.
